Welcome to Life’s A Wonder. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Life’s A Wonder website and any paid membership services offered through the site, including Fiction Membership.
By accessing or using this website, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use the membership service.
1. About Life’s A Wonder
Life’s A Wonder is a website providing written content, including Christian faith-based content, fiction, and other creative works.
Paid Fiction Membership provides members with access to designated members-only fiction content made available through the website.
2. Fiction Membership
Fiction Membership is a recurring paid membership that provides access to designated members-only fiction content on Life’s A Wonder.
The membership currently costs US$4 per month, charged on a recurring monthly basis unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Membership access is intended for the individual who purchases the membership. Membership access does not grant ownership of the fiction or other copyrighted material made available through the membership.
3. Membership Account
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating your membership account and for keeping your account information up to date.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
Membership access must not be shared with other individuals. You may not provide another person with your login credentials or otherwise allow another person to use your paid membership.

4. Payments and Recurring Billing
By purchasing Fiction Membership, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the membership fee according to the recurring billing arrangement presented at checkout.
The current membership price is US$4 per month. The applicable price and billing terms will be displayed during checkout.
Recurring payments will continue until the membership is cancelled or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Payment processing is handled through the payment provider presented at checkout. Life’s A Wonder does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your recurring Fiction Membership through the cancellation options provided on Life’s A Wonder.
Cancelling your membership will stop future recurring membership charges. Your access to members-only content will continue until the end of the membership period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancelling your membership does not automatically result in a refund of a payment that has already been made.
6. Failed Payments
If a recurring membership payment fails, Life’s A Wonder may notify you by email and provide an opportunity to update your payment information.
If the payment remains unsuccessful, your membership access may be suspended or terminated.
Any applicable consumer rights relating to failed payments, cancellation, or termination remain unaffected.
7. Membership Content
Members may access designated members-only fiction content while their membership is active and in good standing.
Membership access does not guarantee that any particular work, chapter, publication schedule, or other content will remain available indefinitely.
Life’s A Wonder may update, reorganize, continue, pause, or discontinue content and may make changes to the website or membership service.
Where appropriate, reasonable notice may be provided regarding significant changes to the membership service.
8. Copyright and Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all original fiction, chapters, characters, writing, artwork, graphics, branding, website content, and other original creative material published by Life’s A Wonder are protected by applicable intellectual-property and copyright laws.
The Crying Girl and other original creative works remain the intellectual property of their respective author/rights holder.
Purchasing a membership gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access and read designated members-only content. It does not transfer ownership or copyright to you.
You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, upload, publicly display, or otherwise make members-only content available to others without prior written permission.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Share your membership account or login credentials with another person;
- Copy or redistribute paid members-only chapters;
- Reproduce or republish members-only content without permission;
- Upload members-only content to another website, platform, service, or social-media account;
- Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit membership content;
- Attempt to bypass membership restrictions or other access controls;
- Use the website or membership service for unlawful purposes;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
These restrictions do not prevent you from exercising any rights that cannot legally be restricted.
10. Website Availability
Life’s A Wonder aims to keep the website and membership service available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.
Access may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, payment-provider issues, security measures, or circumstances outside the reasonable control of Life’s A Wonder.
11. Changes to the Membership
Life’s A Wonder may change aspects of the website or membership service, including content, features, pricing, or membership arrangements.
Where a change materially affects an existing recurring membership, reasonable notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to pricing for existing recurring members will be communicated in accordance with applicable legal requirements and any rights available to members under applicable law.
12. Termination
Life’s A Wonder may suspend or terminate a membership where reasonably necessary, including where:
- required payments remain unpaid;
- the account is used in violation of these Terms of Service;
- members-only content is unlawfully copied or distributed;
- the website or membership service is discontinued; or
- termination is otherwise permitted by applicable law.
Where appropriate and required by law, notice or other applicable remedies will be provided.
Termination of membership ends the member’s authorization to access members-only content.
13. Refunds and Consumer Rights
Payments are generally non-refundable.
Cancelling your membership stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund a payment that has already been made.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to remove or reduce any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection or other applicable laws.
If applicable law gives you a right to a refund, cancellation, or other remedy, those legal rights continue to apply.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website and membership service is handled in accordance with the Life’s A Wonder Privacy Policy.
By using the website or purchasing a membership, you should review the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
15. Disclaimer
Life’s A Wonder provides its content for informational, inspirational, entertainment, and creative purposes, as applicable.
The Christian faith-based content published on the website reflects the author’s personal beliefs and perspectives. Readers remain responsible for their own decisions and discernment.
Nothing in these Terms of Service changes the terms or information contained in the Life’s A Wonder Disclaimer & Disclosure.
16. Limitation of Liability
Life’s A Wonder will take reasonable steps to provide and maintain the website and membership service. However, some interruptions or problems may arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including technical failures, hosting problems, payment-provider issues, maintenance, or other third-party service interruptions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Life’s A Wonder is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms of Service removes or limits any responsibility or liability that cannot legally be removed or limited.
